Test: 5-minute self-introduction to the group (unstructured, “tell us who you are”).

Unlock: added to the group chat / basic access.

Behavioral expectation: listen-first; minimal dialogue; no hijacking/monologuing; learn the tone. 

Service: Simple supportive act for the container. Set up chairs, clear table, etc.

Practice: Stillness. Sit, breathe, witness the mind. 5 minutes minimum daily.

New people do a simple five-minute ‘who you are’ share. That’s the entry gate and it unlocks the group chat. After that, your role for a few meetings is mostly listening. Not because you’re lower but because you’re calibrating. Learn the language of the room before you try to speak it.

Test: Read The Four Agreements and deliver a 5–10 minute “book report” focused on how the agreements support communication inside the school. 

Unlock: full participation — open discussion and active engagement in the group.

Purpose: creates a shared reference system so correction/call-outs are non-personal and principled.

Service: Perform one “repair” in real life each week (apologize, clarify, retract gossip, correct a misstatement).

Practice: Impeccability journal. Daily. Take record of “What did I say today that was true/unclear/unnecessary?”
 

Stage two is shared language. You read The Four Agreements (provided) and give a short report on how those principles create clean communication here. Once you’ve done that, you’re cleared for open discussion because now we have a common standard. It lets us correct each other without ego: ‘Are we making an assumption?’ ‘Are we taking this personally?’ That’s how we keep the container strong.

Test: After reading The Kybalion, give a ~10-minute talk on your understanding of the nature of reality (no “right answers”), followed by group Q&A / cross-examination.

Unlock: Access to the school’s curriculum library: reading list, media list, compiled learning materials (Discord/resources hub) so they can catch up to the current arc.

Purpose: establishes worldview transparency + tests whether someone can hold their frame without dogma, defensiveness, or domination.

Service: teach one person something useful from the Four Agreements/Kybalion without preaching (invite, don’t recruit).

Practice: Symbol Contemplation. Daily. choose one symbol/concept; write: personal meaning / cultural meaning / archetypal meaning.
 

Stage three is worldview transparency. You read The Kybalion (provided), then give a ten-minute talk on your understanding of reality. There’s no ‘right answer’ here, what we’re looking for is coherence, humility, and the ability to hold inquiry. Afterward the group asks questions to clarify and test the framework. Completing this unlocks access to the full curriculum library so you can track with the school and information on the subsequent gates.
